In order to design lighting for a clean room with high cleanliness, it is first necessary to introduce the cleanliness and clean airflow mode of the clean workshop. In the new "Code for Design of Clean Buildings" GB50073-2001, many modifications have been made to the regulations on air cleanliness levels. According to GBJ73-84, air cleanliness is divided into four levels: 100, 1000, and 10000100000. With the rapid development of the microelectronics and integrated circuit industries, the requirements for air cleanliness in clean rooms are becoming increasingly high, and it is necessary to control the particle size of dust particles to 0.1 μ Below m.
In order to maintain consistency with international standards, new specifications have been adopted. The relevant provisions of the international standard ISO14644-1 have raised the air cleanliness level from level 4 to level 9, namely level 1 and level 2 ····· 9
The specifications also clearly specify the choice of clean air flow method. For air cleanliness levels 1 to 4, vertical unidirectional flow should be used; when air cleanliness level 5 is required, vertical flow should be used. Unidirectional flow or horizontal unidirectional flow; in levels 6 to 9, non unidirectional flow should be used.
The so-called airflow mode refers to the rational design of the flow and distribution of indoor clean air. Its characteristics: It should be considered to avoid or reduce eddy currents, which is conducive to the rapid and effective removal of pollutants. It should also try to limit and reduce the diffusion of dust and bacteria emitted by indoor pollution sources, and maintain the level of air cleanliness required for indoor production environment.
Due to the special nature of clean rooms, the selection of general clean lighting fixtures should use a smooth appearance, and uneven surfaces should be filled with dust, which is easy to clean and made of materials that are not suitable for generating static electricity. In addition to meeting the illumination requirements, the selection and layout of lighting fixtures should also be considered based on the indoor air flow mode. When the ceiling is a vertical unidirectional air supply outlet, such as in the lithography workshop of a large integrated circuit factory, the area of the high-efficiency filter air outlet can sometimes reach about 80% of the ceiling area, which creates difficulties in the layout of the lights.
At this point, choosing a teardrop fluorescent lamp is appropriate. The lamp has minimal impact on airflow and can be installed in a high-efficiency filter made of specialized aluminum. The lower side of the profile frame does not hinder the air supply and effectively utilizes only the ceiling space. According to different ceiling modules, different lengths of lights can be selected.
